Availability enquiries
We collect your name, email, preferred format, date, group size, location, time zone and optional message to respond to your request, prepare a proposal and discuss a booking. Please avoid including sensitive personal information or information about children in the message.
Your enquiry is sent through Resend to our booking inbox. Successful submission means the email service accepted the message for delivery; it does not confirm availability or reserve a date. This website does not take payments or create a confirmed booking.
Security and service providers
Cloudflare hosts this website and processes connection information such as IP address and browser details to deliver and protect it. Cloudflare Turnstile checks form submissions to reduce spam; verification information, including your IP address, is sent to Cloudflare. Resend and our email provider process enquiry messages for delivery and correspondence. Providers may process information outside your country under their applicable data protection arrangements.
How we use and keep information
We use enquiry details to take steps at your request before a booking and to manage correspondence. We use technical information for our legitimate interests in keeping the website secure and operational. Enquiries do not subscribe you to marketing.
Our retention policy is to review unconverted enquiries after 12 months and delete information no longer needed. If you book a show, necessary correspondence and transaction records may be retained longer for the booking and applicable accounting or legal obligations.
The interactive experience
The card choices and mental calculations stay in your browser. The experiments do not request camera or microphone access. The downloadable invitation is created locally in your browser and is not a ticket or booking confirmation.
Fonts, media and external links
This website loads fonts from Google Fonts, which receives connection information from your browser. Performance video and images are served as website assets. We have not added advertising pixels or visitor analytics. Links to YouTube and TikTok open their services, which apply their own privacy policies.
Your choices
You can email us to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to raise a privacy concern. Other rights, including restriction, objection and portability, may apply depending on the circumstances. You can also contact the UK Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
